At Auzana, we provide a complete range of Loctite® Dri-Loc®, Dri-Seal® and Anti-Seize Pre-Applied Coatings, for locking and sealing threaded parts. Our facilities are modern, automated and ISO9001 certified for Quality Management Systems, with presence across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia (Batam).
Threaded parts are effectively pre-coated with a solvent-free locking medium that is dry-to-touch and will only cure on assembly ensuring clean, efficient and user-friendly assembly. No longer is there a need to apply any other locking/sealing devices during assembly. Save time and money. Improve productivity and quality.
Macromelt Molding
Low Pressure Injection Molding
Auzana is an ISO 9001 certified contract manufacturer, partnered with Henkel and specialized in Macromelt® Molding - a low pressure molding process that can be applied to sensitive electronics, grommets and connectors requiring water-tight encapsulation, electric insulation and environmental resistance.
We also supply the hotmelt materials and provide expertise in Application Support for Mold Tooling and Machines to support customers’ in-house manufacturing.
Loctite Equipment Showroom
Auzana's new and dedicated Loctite® Equipment Showroom in Cemerlang, Johor-Malaysia is in operation. On display is a complete range of Loctite® adhesive dispensing, sealing and curing systems. Open daily during office hours. Free admission to trade visitors by appointment.

Our extensive range of dispensing tips are color coded, with standard gauge sizes from 15 to 25. Straight, tapered, bend or flexible. Stainless steel, Teflon or Polypropylene. Our services include refurbishment and field maintenance of Loctite® Equipments. |
